Shipping and returns

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, no. We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

What are the delivery options?

You can choose between two delivery options:

Next Business Day Delivery: Your order will be delivered on the following business day. 35 aed.
Express Delivery across Dubai: Your order will be delivered within a few hours. 55 aed.

How can I check the status of my delivery?

You will receive a notification via email or phone when your order is ready for shipment.

Do you accept returns?

To organise a return or exchange you need to write to the mail lawn.notebookdubai@gmail.com

We will answer you in 1 working day.

You can return and exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Credit Card returns will be credited back to your credit card.

-Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will be refunded

-Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
